This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made from remtfootwear.com and is provided by REMT Footwear Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

• Incorrect items received
• Defective or damaged products

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
